How many washes do I get from the bundle? +
The bundle includes 10 detergent sheets (one per wash), 10 colour catcher sheets, and 5 laundry perfume samples. That gives you at least 10 full washes — plenty to experience the difference. The perfume samples are designed for 5 washes each, so you can try different scents before choosing your favourite full-size bottle.
Will the sheets work on tough stains? +
Our detergent sheets deliver powerful, non-bio cleaning for everyday laundry — clothes, towels, bedding, activewear. For particularly tough or set-in stains (grass, wine, grease), we recommend pre-treating the area with a stain remover before washing. The sheets dissolve completely in both hot and cold water, so they work in any washing machine.
Is it safe for sensitive skin and babies? +
Yes, all myBIANCA products are specifically formulated for sensitive skin. Our detergent sheets are non-bio and completely free from dyes, parabens, phosphates, bleach, and silicones. They are safe for babies, children, and anyone with skin sensitivities like eczema. Many customers switched to us specifically because traditional detergents and softeners were irritating their skin.
Can I use it with my usual fabric softener? +
You can, but most customers find they do not need to. Our Laundry Perfume is a concentrated scent booster that replaces fabric softener entirely — just 5ml per wash. Unlike traditional softeners that coat fibres with silicone (which can reduce towel absorbency and trap odours over time), our formula bonds with fabric fibres to deliver long-lasting fragrance while keeping your clothes soft and breathable.
How long does the scent last? +
Our laundry perfumes are independently tested to deliver fragrance that lasts 100+ days on fabric — that is over 50 times longer than typical fabric softeners, which fade after 2–3 days. The secret is our highly concentrated, oil-based formula. You only need 5ml per 3kg wash, and the scent stays fresh through multiple wears between washes. Many customers tell us they can still smell it months later in their wardrobe.
What about delivery and tracking? +
